- These documents carry the status of official records in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signatures, which states: "A secure electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature." They are valid for applications made to national/international institutions or organizations with private, foundation, or public legal status.
- The accuracy/validity of these documents can be verified by the relevant units through the barcode/document verification code located at the bottom of each page.
- It is the individual's responsibility to print the electronically signed document and submit it to the relevant institution/organization in physical or electronic form.
- To access the document, click on the relevant "Document Type" field in the row containing the "Department" name.
- Please ensure that the teaching plan or course catalog you are viewing matches your transcript.
- If you are unable to access a specific teaching plan or course catalog, please contact the relevant Department Head.
- It is sufficient to print the course catalog of the courses you have passed or been exempted from.
- It is recommended not to print course catalogs from teaching plans that you are not enrolled in, for courses you have not registered for, failed, or withdrawn from due to non-attendance.
